Why does our food take so long?

Many of you have asked this question when eating at Adam’s because in fact, our food does take longer to prepare than most restaurants and for very good reasons; reasons that keep our customers coming back day after day; reasons that have kept us in business for 23 years.  Our food tastes better. And it’s not because we are more innovative or better schooled or more creative. It is because we refuse to take short cuts. We prepare every meal from start to finish without the aid of microwaves, fryers and heat lamps. Every piece of fruit is cut to order and every soup is prepared from scratch. We do not “precook” chicken and finish it off when you order it. We take great pride in what we do and your satisfaction with our service is paramount. We are always re-evaluating our methods and looking for ways to improve without sacrificing quality and consistency. Every day we strive to earn your trust. Please allow us the opportunity.
